Unauthorized Credit Card Charges: Buyer Beware They Steal Card details
I was admitted to the hospital on March 20 with Covid-19 complications. During my hospital stay, my account was used fraudulently by one of my employees to place an order. Order #6978034 ($1600) was placed and shipped to my home address while I was in the hospital. My ring doorbell camera captured video of the employee picking the delivery up from my front porch on multiple occasions while I was in the hospital. I have since filed a police report. When I was made aware of this fraudulent transaction, I attempted to call Epic Sports, but phone support was not available and no one replied to my emails to customer service. I was forced to file a charge back with my bank. In Aug 2, I was informed by my back that Epic Sports contested the chargeback showing proof of delivery of the fraudulent transaction. My back then reversed the chargeback. I asking that you immediately refund the fraudulent transaction as that I did not authorize this transaction. Epic Sports shoes not have any phone support or any legitimate customer service to accept phone calls. They will leave you on hold for hours just to not speak with your. The online chat representative Heather was extremely disrespectful, failed to help with the matter claiming there was nothing they could do. After this terrible customer service experience I will never place another order with this company. They stole $1600, and simply use poor customer service to not reply to customer concerns
