I tried to simply purchase tickets to a local event. You set up a redirect that made it appear at first glance I was dealing with the event site ticketing. I proceeded to purchase 4 tickets (for friends as well). Within an hour I realized from visiting the site of the entertainer that the $395 I paid you I could get for $138 all fees/taxes included from both them and the REAL event site. It was then I realized I had been taken and immediately requested to cancel the purchase. I was effectively stonewalled for nearly a half hour. I then attempted another avenue which I guess generated this response. The idea that you work with large scale scalpers to be the middleman protecting those scalpers to resell to often unaware victims is abhorrent on its face. The fact that you don’t respond and refund in a timely manner is also indicative of your amoral behavior. I filed a case with ApplePay and spoke to someone in their finance department. I said to her that if tickets on sale were unwilling to cooperate that ApplePay should reconsider being associated with a scam business such as yours. She said she’s had complaints about your business before and agreed. Your Google Reviews are a 1 out of 5 for a good reason. Please proceed with the refund. Thank you, Leonard Avril
