Order not received

Had to contact them twice before I was told the product couldn’t be found in the warehouse (after a week!) I was offered to have them sent out to me but I checked the website and both products were out of stock, so I doubt I’ll be receiving them! I asked for a refund but not heard anything yet. Terrible service!
