Mixed feelings about the pricing
The functionality is great and we've seen an increase in customer satisfaction since implementing Podium. The text messaging integration works seamlessly with our existing systems. My main concern is the monthly cost - it's a bit steep for smaller businesses like ours, but the ROI has been positive so far.
