I personally found my online course to be well planned out and easy to navigate. The "Chat with Support" option is a winner with Open College staff quick to resolve any issues. The trainers were professional in my opinion and seemed to go all out to help us students. (Thank you Nicola). Overall, Trainers and Support staff were amazing throughout. :)
