Awful Customer Service

My wife and I recently flew to Colombo for a holiday and neither mine nor my wife's entertainment monitor worked. Upon complaining to the cabin crew we were advised they could not fix the problem nor move us as the flight was full. We therefore had to spend a ten hour plus flight without entertainment. Upon arriving I emailed customer service to lodge a complaint but received no further response except for an acknowledgement. Upon the return flight, although the monitors worked, the headphone sockets did not and I again complained to the cabin crew, pointing out we would now be subjected to another ten hour plus flight with no entertainment. I was told a formal complaint form would be completed and lodged with customer service but there has been no communication. We will not be travelling with this awful airline again.
