Totally lost trust in them.
Like many others i also have lost trust in this practice and i agree with other reviewers about the unsupervised work that is taking place. In the last 2 months i have spent over £1000 on tests and consultations and I'm having to Google things myself on how to manage my dogs condition as I've not been given any advice at all. I feel I'm constantly having to prompt them to suggest a cause. Last week my dog needed antibiotics for a UTI and i was told they were out of stock and i would need to wait another 2 days for them to be ordered in, this just isnt good enough when an infection is present. My niece also uses them but very recently her dog went to have a lump removed off her rear leg under local anaesthetic, the vet that did the surgery did something wrong which has resulted in the dog having to have her whole leg amputated. A complaint has been made and is not resolved yet. I am in the process of moving to another vet, which is further away but i know has better standards.
