I had an issue with my QR code
I had an issue with my QR code, used the chat function and got a response immediately, they resolved my issue straight away ensured I could still pay my usual price that I would and it was just all in all great service. I've always used NCP without an issue before and how they've dealt with it is nothing but positive and encouraging to continue. Really great service
