worst financial aid office

In the spring of 2024, I received a call from the financial aid office about my aid. The financial aid rep and I did everything over the phone-renewed my loan info to pay the complete cost of terms without having any refunds coming back to me. I finished the 2024 year. At the start of 2025, I go to register for classes and my account was on hold. I had a balance over $3k. They had billed me for 8 months. How could this be when I completed everything. I called the financial aid and was told they tried to contact me bs. There wasn't even a notification on my personalized webpage. Im on the school site damn near all day and Im constantly checking financial aid for grants and scholarships and never once saw any notifications. No one contacted me via phone email or virtually. So SNHU is expecting the balance to be around $500 before I can get back into classes.I feel like this is a scam and the worst accountability. I really like this school. The classes were great and I really was anticipating getting my degree finally. Thanks for nothing snhu
