Unethical and misleading
Thoroughly disappointed with the communication and ethics of this business. I applied to what I believed to be a diploma level course and found out it's not even a Cert level course. I've contacted them about withdrawal, due to financial stress, in part due to the suicide of one of my kids. I also won't be using the cert as I don't qualify for the position I was chasing either. So not a word from a business that operates completely online with material that I can get directly from YouTube. Things for letting my other children suffer due to your unethical business model!
