AWESOME AWESOME IN AWE! I'd like to give as many stars as possible to Praveena Agent 10239 & Alex Agent 10576 who both made my request to change flight schedules possible, on behalf of my family members. Otherwise they would have been stuck to a grueling 8 hours bus ride from Niagara Falls to Ottawa. These Agents were very patient, helpful & resourceful. Very grateful Porter Airlines hires the best! Because of how my family members who just came back were raving on their flying experience with Porter Airlines excellent service, It was a far cry from their competitors who were measuring every inch of their bag packs I'm so excited & looking forward to my own 1st flight that I'll book with Porter Airlines!!
