Chasing payments already made - bad company
Underwent mental health course with them via a Vitality policy. Course went well but I moved companies half way through the course. Ahead of continuing before moving companies I asked if it was still covered and was told it was, so continued with said course. 6 months later, they are aggressively chasing payments giving me anxiety. I did my part to confirm coverage, now they demand payment without confirming if vitality have already paid for the course Very shady behaviour from their credit controller team after I tried to confirm it was covered.
