Selling products they don't have
Never shop with them, they sell products they don't have. They listed a product for sale they had listed as in stock with a shipping window of 2-3 days, several days after that deadline passed I contacted support. Support missed their reply window, and it was only when I contacted support again, stating I'd chargeback if they didn't reply, that they informed me they didn't actually have the product, refunding me and removing the product's page from their website.
