Disgraceful customer service
The return leg of our flight to London was cancelled for the 3rd of January citing ‘that the Czech government was not allowing them to fly due to COVID.’ I checked with both the Czech foreign ministry and British consulate and this was not the case. I contacted the airline directly as I do not want a voucher but they money returned to my card but the staff are not helpful in anyway, have provided no reasonable explanation, and are seemingly trying to avoid paying back the money I am legally owed. The money they have offered is also far below the amount that I believe to be correct. For a family of 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant they have told me I am entitled to £105 refund for the cancelled return leg. That is 15% of the total flights cost and simply cannot be the case. They avoid giving direct answers to questions and I get responses from different people. In addition, on our outbound flight the plane was changed and our seats didn’t exist. The onboard staff didn’t care and were no help whatsoever. Do not fly with this airline, they are an utter disgrace!!
