Don't Get Too Excited
Don't put any time or hope into dealing with these folks. Their customer service is nonexistent and moreover additionally aggravating because they do not seem to care when (if) you ever get a real person. I tried several times to install a new fob and was unsuccessful. Still wanting the product I tried to get assistance directly and received worse than no response. Their reps -when I was able to get through- immediately "transferred" me to another group where I went into a mind-numbing music riff that never responded. After my stubborn self stayed on hold for 24 minutes I had enough. There is a reason why they have 2 stars. You would think though they would want to get out of that classification by providing decent support. They need to pay attention to this lack of consideration and emphasize support as much as sales.
