Not fit for purpose
Not fit for purpose! We subscribed to the full package with the supposedly wonderful A1 assistant. My daughter has had so much trouble with it either not working or not being helpful at all. When we tried to get our £200 back we have been repeatedly told no. They won't even give a partial refund even though there is no benefit to the subscription at all. They even suggested I complain to my credit card company! I don't feel this is a genuine company with care for your children's learning. Don't waste your money. Very disappointed in the companies response will be escalating this
