Worst company to help disabled people.
Poor communication and lack of respect. As a disabled person I have been waiting for GSH to be installed and all I get is excuse after excuse (it's been nearly a year). They have no respect for people and I feel they are con artists. Do not go with this company for energy installations. Kate Eckersley doesn't even care about customers, she ignores emails and phone calls but always seems polite on here (do not trust her), their manager Michael Morrall always seems to be away on holiday or not available, they don't reply to emails and when you call it goes to VM. They are happy to take your payments for installations and then that's it, you'll never hear from them again. Please, please stay away from this company, they should be shut down and reported to trading standards (which I'm currently doing).
