I am a current tenant at iQ Broderick Key taken while abroad, room access denied – no response” I am a current tenant at iQ Broderick House, Room 110E. Despite having paid in full and being within my valid tenancy period, my key was taken without consent while I was abroad. I left it on my desk and planned for a friend to collect it. Now iQ refuses to return access, and I’ve had no resolution despite multiple emails. This is unacceptable and potentially unlawful. Awaiting an urgent response before I escalate further.
