Failed to Fully Disclose Proces to Park
I received my order but it's wrong. I'm missing 1 item. Paid money but process of getting a parking pass was never discussed and HomeSuites front desk was unmanned and I almost missed my flight. If my car is towed from HomeSuite parking lot after I paid my experience will be a total loss. This location doesn't recognize Handicap persons with a valid HC parking sticker. I'm not saying don't use this location but you need to allow 2 hrs to fill out their form to get a parking pass. I'm a veteran and Handicapped it's ridiculous what you go thru just to park independently from Ft Lauderdale airport and service to the airport so this vendor doesn't save time. Shuttle operator will pull off and leave you standing there. It's a rude operation for a cheap ride to the airport and I feel that I'm going to regret it and my car will be towed. That is because they don't tell you the entire process initially but take your payment. Ive learned of more steps just mins before my fligjtt.boards. The online service is poor and they're not going to remind you that you have a paid parking or where it's located.
