Poor communications
As a Real Estate broker but more importantly as a customer, I cannot recommend this institution for a mortgage loan. The agents are afraid to converse on the phone regarding loan and options. When asked specifics regarding loans and their companies narrow minded loan approvals they fir back with snarky text messages. Example; I asked why when other mortgage companies do VA loans on manufactured(doublewide) homes, why doesn't your company? He fired back with a smart assed response "because they don't want too!". After dealing with his lack of communication and limited guidance, I have terminated my loan process and have since found a lender who does everything I need including communicate!
