never got paid even though I was entitled to it...
I placed a bet on the Manchester City vs. Real Madrid game. As a first-time user, I wagered 5 euros, with the promise of receiving 90 euros if City scored. But despite the standard 2-day wait time, I waited a frustrating 10 days for the money to appear in my account so I could check out. When I finally contacted customer support, they callously informed me that I no longer qualified for the promotion, offering no clear explanation. It's outrageously disappointing how this unfolded, and I am absolutely livid. I will never, ever use this site again! It's utterly infuriating to think they have the audacity to call themselves an official sponsor of Belgian football teams.
