Steer Clear
I ordered a kettle from this website without reading the reviews on here which was a mistake. Though the item came relatively quickly, as others have said, it has an EU plug, something that is nowhere in the description of the device or its specs.Whilst they did send a conversion plug, I’m not so sure a company that appears to being based in the UK should be doing that without making it very clear it is a foreign device. I have tried to contact them several times since with no joy but that been bombarded ever since with marketing emails. I actually looked up this company on the government website and a company called Coffee Friends with the same registered address as quoted on their website was actually dissolved in 2023. It now appears to trade under Amicum which is active in companies house but when you google them comes up as permanently closed!
