No consistency
A while back I bought a bag of bacopa monnieri. It was dark brown with a specific taste and it foamed when mixed with water. The second bag I bought was a different color and a different taste, and it did not foam. Which one is the real bacopa? No one knows as customer service is nonexistent. Also, my second bag of lion's mane was a totally different color and texture. No consistency.
