Don't stop; keep going!
I completed a local Pulmonary Rehabilitation program in 2019, and I was thrilled with the results. Three years later, due to a bout of pneumonia and a separate bout of RSV, I was seeking a new program. My sister found Carda Health online, and I investigated it for my own use. Without hesitation, I signed up for the program and got started right away. I met Meagan Hennegens, my exercise physiologist, and she provided encouragement from Week 1 to Week 12 when I graduated. Meagan was like having a personal cheerleader on my side. She was thrilled when I told her that I was finally able to play golf again. That program got me on my way back to where I needed to be physically. When I heard of the Phase III, portion of the program, I didn't hesitate to sign up. Now I work with Jonathan Ellison (exercise physiologist) who is my assigned "exercise physiologist". Jonathan, like Megan, goes above and beyond to monitor my workouts and my health. He is kind, helpful, and considerate. Phase III has helped me to stay focused on the program, continue to exercise everyday, and get healthier. After all, isn't that the goal, to stay active and healthy? So I say, don't stop when your 12 week program ends, instead, stay with Carda Health in Phase III. Don't stop; keep going!
