I was given the same instructions that were already on the website—the same ones I had already reported as not working. I’m still experiencing the issue of not being able to use the iCUE program because it requires a firmware update for the controller. However, every time I try to update, it says there’s a problem and tells me to look for the firmware update in the program’s folders.
