Faulty website descriptions
I have ordered from SW several times, however this last time was terrible. They offer an option to purchase an acrylic print (no frame) meaning no wood frame, but an acrylic print/frame. They sent us refills that are completely use less that are not acrylic just glorified card stock, and customer service did nothing. Our options were to repurchase with a frame, which would put us basically spending the same amount of money. We are now doubling our purchase with no resolution just more income their profiting for faulty website descriptions. Absolutely terrible customer service. Buyer beware.
