Natasha Lawson- Tallaght Branch
I was met with an extremely lovely smile, and a lady who was not only ready to give me all her time, but also achieved all and if not more then my requests. Natasha, from the Tallaght Branch, sat opposite my brother and I, listened to our awkward and niche requests as my brother and I negotiated where we both wanted to go and achieved booking a trip that not only suited both of us to the ground but meant that I got what I wanted, but also, so did he. We entered the store with little to no plan of where to even start, no set dates and a budget (I know, sounds like a nightmare for any travel consultant to be met with). I told her my dream destination was Nashville, and my brothers next US spot was Los Angeles. Then she heard how we both fell in love with New York and would even settle on going back there. Its a little demanding, but a non negotiable for me, to try have as little flight connections as possible as I prefer to just have it that bit easier, she listened to our budget and our open timeframe. Natasha truly hustled and put the work in to get us what we wanted. We have booked all three mentioned destinations for the one trip. This is something we never even considered would be possible. We left the Tallaght branch absolutely ecstatic, reassured and as a customer I cant even begin to express how grateful we are to her for not giving up and getting us what we wanted, leaving with a secure booking. It is very apparent Natasha is experienced in this field, but her glowing personality, her outstanding customer care, her level of accommodation, her patience, and her knowledge should be recognised and praised. I will be highly recommending her to friends and family.
