Since then, I’ve received multiple generic replies and have been told to "wait patiently" without a clear timeframe or confirmation of review. I cannot access any withdrawal method until this document is verified, which is unfair to users who deposit with legal, verifiable virtual cards. My funds are stuck, and no escalation is being made despite polite follow-ups.
