Two bad orders
First time I ordered, Takeaway.com rang me one hour after my order and said the restaurant could no longer deliver. The staff member form Takeaway was not really genuine sounding in apologising. Second order I had a call asking for £1.5 extra as Takeaway.com listed wrong price on website. I asked to speak to a manager and after a while was then resolved. This delayed my order being delivered, which even the manager agreed delayed my food.
