Trying to get my refund.
I have been waiting for my refund and they keep giving me the run around. Returned the shoes through the post unopened over a month ago. Each time I ring they say I have to do something before they will refund. I do it now they're saying they need to wait to hear back from the sales team. They're just stalling hoping I go away. They have been sent many emails from the store. So what's the problem Novo. Refund my money
