Solid platform with room for improvement
I've been using PayScale for about two years now for compensation planning. The interface is generally user-friendly and the reports are detailed. However, the loading times can be quite slow during peak hours, and some of the advanced features require a steep learning curve. Overall, it's a valuable tool despite these minor issues.
