Yet still awaiting repairs i reported back in October 2024, contractors they use don't show up and make different excuses up to myself and the agency, they have stopped replying to my emails since. What kind of letting agency take over management of a property but dobt actually see it beforehand? I'll await response but seems I am not the only one with issues with property management, funny how their communication was non stop when they raised my rent, they now have 75 more off me a month yet still have completed no repairs or actioned any of my worries Don't rent with these guys, I was unfortunate enough to have them aquire my property following the old agency retiring
