Scammers be vigilant
I wanted to pay my road tax online, did a google search, I started what I thought paying my road tax, it even showed me 2 prices for 6 or 12 months. After putting my card details I was surprised it only charged 50 P then i realised that something dodgy is happening. I went back and found that I have opened an account and that I will be charged £6 monthly!! Luckily I found the option to close that deceiving account. Their system has tricked me to open account without my consent. This is not acceptable, they should make it clearer what service they are providing and what you are paying for. I contacted them and requested a refund of my £0.50 and that they delete my data from their dodgy system, as I think they will sell the data to someone else. I will check my bank as they probably have DD set! USE ONLY .gov website
