Not so happy, but at the end it worked...
Not so happy, but at the end it worked after 2.5 months stress... Original story: I ordered a TV in early December for Christmas—it’s now mid-February, and still nothing. They gave me two delivery dates (I even took time off work), but nothing showed up. Every call to customer support is a different story—one says the TV is in Switzerland, another says it’s out of stock, while their website promises "Next Day Delivery." Then I get an email saying it was shipped—but no tracking number, no confirmation, and support still insists they don’t have it. Now they claim it’s sent, but it’ll take another week to arrive. Seriously?! Three months of waiting, frustration, and wasted time. I finally ordered the same TV from Digitec in the afternoon—boom, it arrived in under 24 hours! Meanwhile, Interdiscount is still a mess. At this point, I was super annoyed by this entire purchase. UPDATE: Theoretically I will receive the TV in a few hours today, and Interdiscount gives a bit of compensation. UPDATE2: TV arrived (although the box was scratched by the delivery company, luckily the TV itself was not damaged). Customer support at Interdiscount (Mr. B.) was really nice and helpful. I discussed with 4-5 different agents during the 2+ months, they were all nice, but all were completely clue-less except Mr. B., who gave an amazing support. He was professional, organized faster delivery and a bit of compensation for my wasted time and nerves. So I modify the 1 star review for 3 stars. One star for Interdiscount's "webshop" and item availability-shipping date promises and communication, 3 stars for most of the customer agents and 5 stars for Mr. B.
