Service outside of Spain is very bad
I've been a customer since 2020 (mobile) and 2023 (fiber). MOBILE It works ok in Spain. Outside of Spain it's a lottery, whether you be in Europe or outside of Europe. The help desk is responsive but cannot provide solutions that work. FIBER No issues except that they don't have a service to cancel the previous supplier which caused 400 euros worth os costs because the owner of the apartment wasn't easily able to cancel it from another country and it took 6 months. Overall: there had to be better.
