Couldn't have asked for more
We decided to use Sell My Home after reading the wonderful reviews on Trustpilot. I was somewhat sceptical at first because (a) we had never used an online estate agent before, and (b) the reviews seemed almost too good to be true (97% excellent!). We chose the pay up front option, which wasn't the cheapest compared to other online agents, but was still a huge saving on the traditional commission-based model. From the moment I picked up the phone, every experience I had with SMH was positive. The registration was easy, the photography was excellent, and customer service second-to-none. After our house want up for sale on the Thursday, we had several viewings on the Saturday, and had accepted an offer on the Monday. Unfortunately, our buyers had a change of circumstance and pulled out of the sale 2 months later. Another 30+ viewings and 6 months later, we have finally moved into our new house. I can't praise Harry enough for all of his hard work in getting us over the line. He was always there providing support and guiding us through the process. His effort and commitment to helping us get the sale couldn't have been greater. He's a credit to SMH and his profession. I owe that man a beer! All in all, I can't recommend SMH enough. They are offer an excellent product at a very competitive price, but what makes the real difference is the people. Whoever you deal with is friendly and professional, and they all seem genuinely aligned in doing the best for their customers. I'll be recommending SMH to all of my friends.
