Great service from a buyer perspective

Great service from a buyer perspective. The fact that I was in touch with the vendor throughout the process meant I could build trust with the person I was buying from rather than a third party. This meant the process was far less stressful - I could ask questions at any time which the vendor was more than happy to answer. And because i had the direct vendor relationship, I didn't fear gazumping.
