I had an issue with a Sim that had I activated in error before I went on holiday. Used the Jetpac Whatapp support feature and Theresa helped me and quickly identified my account, gave me clear instructions to disable the Sim and reset my allowance. I am very satisfied with the quality of support and outcome.
