Clothes are great but delivery is bad.
I really liked what I picked and all but 1 fit super well. One item was too big but it would cost more for me to return it so I am going to alter it. That is a risk with buying online, even with measurements. The prices are kinda high but thankfully aren't as high as other brands, which would be way too high. I really like the style & quality of Only. That's why I shop here. This is my first order from them online & I am annoyed by how unorganized the delivery was. I got emails saying everything was processed & shipped. Then I got email saying they arrived to my country and would be delivered the next day. I had to re-arrange this delivery day as I was 1st told it would be the day after which I'd be home for. I re-arranged it and then my delivery was delayed even more and had to go through all the delivery again?!?! So confusing & unnecessary! It was also very annoying as I had paid extra money for shipping which ended up being pointless as it was still delivered later than my paid shipping time stated. So yeah, clothes are great but delivery is bad.
