Unexpectedly pleased
Unexpectedly pleased I filled out the application. The response asked for medical records. I emailed and asked what type of record was acceptable. In less than a day I got a telephone call. My questions were answered. Two days later the paper work was in my mailbox. I felt like somebody actually cared about me.
