Excellent Service
March26, 2025 We took Porter Airlines from Montreal to Edmonton via Toronto. The 2nd leg Toronto to Edmonton was Flight PD 409. The boarding went very smoothly. Staff were nice, especially Janice (I had to ask for her name). She was very pleasant during the flight, patient not only with myself but I noticed with other passengers as well. We have been taking Porter Airlines whenever we can once they started operating out of Edmonton, Alberta and Montreal, Quebec. There is a huge difference between them and Flair Airlines. We stopped flying with Flair Airlines for over 2 or 3 years now as their service is bad.
