We had 12 windows and 3 doors replaced…
We had 12 windows and 3 doors replaced (to include and arcadian french door). They arrived on time and had it completed in one day. The team was thoughtful and personable. They took special care to protect our floors, walls, carpets, and furniture! I work from home and they were so considerate and worked around me. We did have some install problems with the french door and the front door. But they quickly returned and resolved the problems. We were constantly updated on the status of the repairs by customer service, The only wait time occurred when waiting on additional parts. All the teams were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!! And I will definitely have them come back to do my bathroom showers in the very near future. I have worked in the customer service arena for over 30 years and know GREAT customer service when I see it! Special Thanks to MIKEY, ALEX, STEPHEN, JAKE, GARRETT, MICHAEL, KEITH AND FRANK SCOFIELD. ALSO THE YOUNG MAN WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE!
