False Advertising or Staff Lack of Knowledge
I went to the Mexborough store today as you advertise ‘Brick-matching service from Huws Gray’ however, I was told no you don’t. Found the staff member really unhelpful and dismissive when asking for help. I left and got the bricks from B&Q who were more helpful. Won’t be using your store again!
