Frustrated customer won over
I generally don’t take time to write reviews but I’m compelled to do so in this instance due to how impressed I am by the advisor (Sevim) who assisted me when I contacted Superdrug with my complaint. I called customer service due to an administrative error and in my mind that was going to be my last interaction with the company. However, by the time I got off the phone to Sevim, my issue had been resolved and I felt like a valued customer who will definitely use Superdrug again. Despite my unfriendly tone and yelling due to frustration, Sevim demonstrated excellent customer service by being calm, listening attentively and showing empathy in a manner which I haven’t come across in a very long time. Staff training definitely helped shape the individual but I believe that her character (in terms of composure, listening and empathy) are key assets which enables her deliver excellent customer service. Thank you Superdrug for the service and well done Sevim for being an excellent ambassador for the brand.
