If I could give this company a zero I would. Avoid at all cost. Purchased tickets for 900 dollars and they sent the updated date on the event but the wrong time! Drove 2 hours to get there and we missed the event. I called them the same day and was told I’d get an email and never did. Called again and asked to speak to a supervisor of which she checked. she came back to the phone saying she was getting someone on the phone to find out there isn’t a supervisor and that she would send an email to one of which she said they didn’t have one. They are full of lies and admitted they were wrong but then said for me to reach out to the insurance for a refund!!! Also said they wouldn’t give me a refund. Never answer any of my questions. Horrible customer service.
