Solid payroll solution with room for improvement
ADP has been handling our payroll for about 2 years now and overall it's been reliable. The direct deposit always goes through on time and their customer service is pretty responsive when we have questions. My only complaint is that the interface feels a bit dated and could use a refresh to be more user-friendly.
