ONE LEG LONGER THAN THE OTHER! FOLLOWED BY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
ONE LEG LONGER THAN THE OTHER!! Bought 2 pairs just shy of £400 five weeks ago & their in-house alteration service was suppose to shorten the legs to 26" the first pair was altered to 28" and the second pair altered each leg of one pair to different lengths one 27" & one 28" so one was longer than the other!!!! Now this was their first mistake (though a very big one) the second was it took 2 weeks for them to find someone to come back to me after I contacted them (even though I phoned them every day nearly) Now, they said they was going to collect these, fix them & have them back to me quickly, it's been 10 days & still no return of my jeans! So in short (not short enough in my jeans sake) I'm out of pocket nearly £400 five weeks on with no jeans to wear! Their customer service & manager has been augmentative, totally in denial & dismissive to this issue, to the point he don't think it's an issue at all... I was not offered any compensation, refund or free pair for my troubles & still 5 weeks on I'm still without any jeans Thave today just spoken with the store (as they have had the jeans 10 days) & they say they altered a week ago but are sat there awaiting being sent back, A WEEK!!!! I'm a huge Edwin wearer, for the last 7 years have not worn any other jeans apart from Edwin & now I feel after the terrible service I'm now looking for a new Jean company to define my style as I feel have lost hope as I don't believe Edwin care & lost to itch with who their customers wearers are....
