Great. Never had any issues.

I’ve purchased a couple of times from The Mobile Guru now and have had no issues with them. My first purchase was a refurbished iPhone and I was impressed by the condition. It was better than expected, looked almost new and worked perfectly. The second purchase was a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. The condition wasn’t as new, it did have a couple of nicks here and there but it works just as it should, no issues there. The only downside to The Mobile Guru is that they are slightly more expensive than other companies but you get what you pay for so I’d still recommend them to anyone looking for a refurbished item.

Faulty phone that can’t make phone calls.

Recently bought an iPhone 12 from Frank Mobile. Delivery was fast and it arrived in time for Christmas. Phone seemed to work fine for a few hours but then it started having issues with mobile data turning off. We were able to turn it back on by resetting the Network setting but it didn’t last long before mobile data turned off again. This time, it’s off for good and nothing we tried would turn it back on. Looked at the phone’s repair/service history and it showed a history with mobile data issue. So basically they sent me a dodgy phone that isn’t operational and with previous issues unresolved. It was a Christmas present for my 13 year old daughter and this experience has been disappointing to say the least. I’m down $500 and my daughter is still without a working phone. I’d steer clear of Frank Mobile and head to Mobile Guru instead. I’ve bought refurbished iPhones from Mobile Guru and have had no issues with them.
