Phoenix All West Suite
Location was great for the Phoenix All West Suite room 504. Outside pools were very clean. Unfortunately upon arriving the front desk was very rude and acted very annoyed at us arriving. Poor communication once room was booked. The room had a large hole in the Sheetrock of the ceiling, the dishwasher had a large burn spot on the door and the add said newly renovated. Housekeeping did do touch up the first day but nothing after; I had to go to the front desk for towels, toilet paper and dishwashing soap everyday and take our trash out each day myself. When the front desk was asked about it they just kept saying they were short staffed and that someone had signed off saying they had done and they were trying to find out who falsified their reports. Just felt for what we paid it could have been a little better.
