Very fast shipping. First time took about two days, second time it was delivered the very next day. Depends what day of the week you order but is always fast and arrives frozen. What they say about their meat defrosting faster is true. I can decide what meat I want to use for dinner and set it on the counter for just a few hours that day and it will easily be ready for dinner that night, even a tri-tip. The meat is good quality, tender, and not a ton of fat on certain cuts. Will get again!
